DECK DRY SYSTEM: IIncludes the installation of a deck waterproofing system, allowing for dry usable space underneath your current deck. This package includes a rubber membrane channeling system, soffit ceiling, and gutter system.

DECK RESURFACING, RESTORATION & REFINISHING FOR OLD DECKS: Includes removal and disposal of all existing flat surfaces, including railings, along with the installation of your prefereed deck materials, new railing system and new trim.

DECK REFLOORING: Low pressure cleanse of all verticals, removal and disposal of existing flat surfaces, installation of new decking on all flat surfaces, and an application of acrylic coating on all decking verticals.

NEW DECK: Includes deck design, coordination of Miss Utility and structural zoning site visit, and installation with preferred deck material of your new deck.

ENCLOSURES: Includes building/rebuilding screen in porches, patios, and decks.
